Starting your Wizard
Ok, so you've chosen a wizard as a class on Latale. You've gotten up a couple of levels, looked in your magic skills, but you are completely confused. Latale isn't so straight-foward. You don't just get a new skill every few levels. In Latale, you can make your wizard how every you want! The possibilities are endless, and it's up to you to choose your weapon, element(s) and your style!
Choosing your element
Your element is one of the most important things about being a wizard. But the truth is, it doesn't really matter what element you choose. No element is better than another. The only difference between them is the style and the way they are played. For example, wind is fast, but weak and fire is powerfull but slow. You might want to read the other guides based completely about elements before choosing.
Fire
Pros-
*Very powerfull
*Looks really cool
*Good soloing
Cons-
*Slow cooldown
*Takes up a lot of SP
*Bad at partying
Water
Pros-
*Can heal
*Fast cooldown
*Very cool attacks and facial expressions
*Always in parties, without really doing much work, only healing.
Cons-
*Can't solo
*Weak attack
*Can be boring just buffing and healing.
Note- you can choose whether you want to heal or not, and if you don't, you can solo.
Wind
Pros
*Fast
*Cool effects
*Unique. Not many people are wind wizards.
Cons
*Weak
*No one knows much about them, so there are no guides.
Earth
Pros
*Pretty powerful
*Gotta love the dragons
*Good soloing
* Pretty unique, not as unique as wind though.
Cons
*Slow
*Takes a lot of sp
*Bad at partying.

So there you have it, a VERY breif guide to the elements. Oh yeah, just a note, when you learn the first skill, you'll notice that you'll have to wait till level 20 till you get your next elemental skill. That's a hellava long time, just using that boring same skill. So, when you level up and get points, spend them in the misc section or upgrading your skill. Anyway, here is some more information.
Using two elements:
If you would like to have more than one element, go for it. It can be fun using two, and you can use more skills. Just don't add 3 elements or more, because then it'll drain your sp when you cast them.
Using Weapon skills
When you go into the skills section, you'll notice that there is a section where you can add skills to your weapons. If you choose correctly, you can make a powerfull wizard by combinding your magic skills with you weapons skills. Some guides say that knuckle skills are a definite no-no for wizards, but i've seen fire and earth wizards using them, and they can actually be quite good due to their slow cooldown time. You can choose to just go no weapon skills at all, and just use staffs, which I recommend for beginning mages.
Yeah, the guide still isn't finished, and it's not just a copy from Latalers like all the other ones, i wrote it myself
